06 am Meditation
Anapana sati and vipassana sati are important practices in the Buddhist tradition. It is recommended to practice these forms of meditation for one hour every day in order to cultivate mindfulness and awareness.
10 am Vinyasa & Flow
Restorative yoga and Yin yoga are both gentle and soothing practices that focus on deep relaxation and releasing tension in the body. Restorative yoga uses props such as blankets, bolsters, and blocks to support the body in passive poses.
5 pm Restorative
Vinyasa and flow yoga are dynamic styles of yoga that focus on linking breath with movement. In these practices, students move through a series of poses in a fluid and continuous manner, creating a seamless flow of motion.

Our TeacherTraining Classes are certified by the Yoga Alliance International of India and offer both 200-H and 300-H programs. In addition to traditional training, we also offer a 50-hour TTC flying yoga course every year. Our comprehensive training focuses on developing the skills and knowledge necessary to become a successful and impactful yoga teacher. Whether you are looking to deepen your own practice or pursue a career in teaching yoga, our courses provide the guidance and support needed to excel in the field.
